Creating Your Account

Creating an account on theJoshHub is free and takes only a few minutes. Go to the Create Account page and enter your email address and a password. After submitting the form, you will receive a verification code at the email address you provided. Enter that code on the verification screen to confirm your email.

Once your email is verified, you will be assigned a unique Member ID. This ID identifies you on the platform and is used when contacting Customer Support. You can find your Member ID on your Account Information page after logging in.

Completing Your Profile

After verifying your email, log in and navigate to your Account Information page. Fill in your full name, contact number, and address. Accurate profile information is required for:

KYC verification — your name and address must match your government-issued ID.
Withdrawals — payment details must match your registered name.
Customer Support — having your Member ID and profile information ready helps our team resolve issues faster.

Your profile information is private and is never shared with other members.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

KYC verification is required if you want to withdraw earnings or use certain financial features. To complete KYC:

Navigate to the KYC Verification page in your member dashboard.
Prepare a valid government-issued ID (such as a passport, driver's license, or national ID card).
Take a clear photo of the front of your ID.
Take a selfie showing your face clearly.
Upload both images through the KYC form and submit.

Our team reviews KYC submissions within a few business days. You will receive a notification when your verification is approved or if additional information is needed. Until KYC is approved, you can still earn rewards, but you will not be able to withdraw them.

Choosing a Subscription Plan

After your account is set up, you will need to choose a subscription plan to access earning features. theJoshHub offers several plans (FREE, BASIC, PREMIUM, and PRO), each with different levels of access, daily limits, and reward rates.
